Treatment Duration:

Most sessions last approximately 1 hour.

However treatment durations can vary at the discretion of your therapist to avoid over treatment in certain cases.

You may be recommended 30 minute appointments if this is more appropriate to your individual condition.

If you are a new patient you may be recommended 90 minutes based on the complexity of your case.

Treatment duration for new patients will be discussed and agreed

booking or consultation.

Treatment Charges:

£110 for up to 90 minutes

£75 standard treatment session for up to 1 hour

£50 for up to 30 minutes

Sunday and Bank Holiday appointments are available with an additional £10 surcharge.

 

Pilates Charges 1 hour session:

£75 for 1:1 Pilates 

£85 2:1 shared with a friend/partner 

£75 initial 1:1 prior to joining Small Group Pilates Sessions 

£18 per Small Group Pilates session (paid for in termly blocks)
