*Strengthen Pelvic Floor

POST NATAL PILATES
After 6 week GP check (8-12 weeks following C section)
*Restore abdominal strength after birth
*Improve medical conditions eg Diastasis Recti
Individual or your own small group of NCT / pre/post natal friends.
Maximum 1:7 to ensure you receive utmost attention and correction when necessary
