  • Neuro Muscular Technique (NMT)
  • Connective Tissue Manipulation: Myofascial work releases tension and stress in fascia, allowing underlying muscles to move freely.
  • Positional Release (PR)
  • Manual mobilisation for joints and soft tissue

These techniques are often combined with exercises to stretch and strengthen muscle following treatment for you to do at home to continue the beneficial effects of the treatment.
