PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS
PILATES SESSIONS DESIGNED FOR YOU
I offer one-to-one Pilates or a
‘duet session’ (one-to-two) with a friend if you prefer.
Both the session format and the exercises given are
tailored to suit your needs and objectives.
Your 1:1 session will focus on restoring your muscular balance, with specific exercises designed for your posture type or medical conditions such as osteoporosis, frozen shoulder, neck, knee or lower back issues.
These sessions allow for greater progression and development and are a must for anyone requiring that individual attention.
Private one hour 1:1 sessions are available Monday to Friday.
